- BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – F150
- Perform pinpoint voltage and ground checks for blower motor circuit and diagnosed faulty blower motor and A/C control module assembly. Also checked for no A/C compressor operation. Diagnosed faulty A/C relay and replaced.
- WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – F150,4WD Front,One Side – [Serviced as an Assembly.]
- Test drive vehicle to verify customer complaint. Connect computer scanner and retrieve all fault codes. Retrieved Fault code # PO . Perform LF wheel speed sensor check while driving vehicle and diagnosed no signal from sensor indicating faulty LF wheel hub assembly. Recommend replacement of LF wheel hub assembly.
- Install A/C control module
- Perform visual inspection of all belts and lines. Evacuate A/C system and recharge with new R-134 refrigerant. Test system performance after service.
