- Test drive vehicle, and remove all four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 90 %) Rear ( 0 %) Recommend rear brake pads, rotors, parking brake adjustment, brake fluid system flush, (4) tires now and wheel alignment. Quote service estimate to customer.
- Remove and replace rear brake pads and rotors. Retract rear brake caliper pistons, clean and lubricate all guides, and adjust parking brake.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect brake calipers and master cylinder. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder and all brake calipers with new brake fluid until clean.
