    • Inspect battery terminals, cables, and accessory belts. Load test battery, starter motor, and alternator output and record readings. Battery static voltage is 12.6 volts, and load test at 10.5 volts. Alternator output is 165 amps, and starter draw is 158 amps. We could not duplicate customer complaint at this time. Recommend replacement of starter assembly due to intermittent internal failure before any further diagnosis can be performed.

    • State Inspection
    • Rotate tires from front to rear
    • Remove and replace cabin air filter, and clean all debris from ducts area.
    • Remove and replace air filter. Clean all debris from housing assembly. N/C !!!!!!
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect brake calipers and master cylinder. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder and all brake calipers with new brake fluid until clean.
    • Changed engine oil & replaced oil filter. Replaced with up to 13 qts synthetic oil, lubricate chassis where required, and check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
