- Emissions Test # IM62065375
- Changed engine oil & replaced oil filter. Replaced with up to 5 qts synthetic oil, lubricate chassis where required, re-set maintenance monitors, perform complete vehicle light check, and check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
- Test drive vehicle to verify customer complaint. Check undercarriage for worn components. Found loose exhaust shield and installed new clamps.
- Remove and replace rear brake pads and rotors. Retract rear brake caliper pistons, clean and lubricate all guides, and adjust when required.
- Rotate tires from front to rear and cross side to side.
- Remove air inlet duct work and perform throttle body service of air intake manifold runners, throttle body assembly, and carbon deposits on valves and pistons. Install cleaner in fuel tank for additional continuous cleaning.
