    • Weld exhaust
    • Hook-up diagnostic scanner test equipment to perform OBD II communications test. Retrieve trouble fault code P0172, P0420, P0456, and P0300 indicating faults in the evaporative emissions systems, oxygen sensors and catalytic converter efficiency, and engine ignition systems. Perform live data checks of systems voltages and sensor operations. Recommend downstream oxygen sensor and quote estimate of repairs to customer. Check engine light off at this time, may illuminate in the future for other trouble codes, vehicle safe to drive.

    • Changed engine oil and replaced oil filter. Replaced with up to 7.4 qts of Mobil 1 oil, lubricate chassis where required, check all fluids, rotate tires front to rear, set all tire pressures to proper specifications, and perform all maintenance checks. Re-set all monitors.

    • Changed engine oil & replaced oil filter. Replaced with up to 5 qts synthetic oil, lubricate chassis where required, re-set maintenance monitors, and check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Rotate tires from front to rear
    • Computer balance tire
    • Remove tire from vehicle and find source of leak. Dismount tire, patch from inside, and install on vehicle.

    • Inspect battery terminals, cables, and accessory belts. Load test battery, starter motor, and alternator output and record readings. Battery static voltage is 12.5 volts, and load test at 12.1 volts and 96%. Alternator output is 160 amps, and starter draw is 165 amps. No issues found at this time. Possible something left on overnite creating draw.
