- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect brake calipers and master cylinder. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder and all brake calipers with new brake fluid until clean.
- Perform visual inspection of all belts and lines. Evacuate A/C system, apply vacuum to system to check for leaks, and recharge with new R-134 refrigerant. Test system performance after service.
- Replace front brake pads and front disc brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers, slide mechanisms, and check brake fluid level. Road test vehicle.
