Inspect battery terminals, cables, and accessory belts. Load test battery, starter motor, and alternator output and record readings. Battery static voltage is 12.4 volts, and load test at 2% capacity. Alternator output is 165 amps, and starter draw is 148 amps. Recommend replacement of battery before any further diagnostics can be performed.
