    • Remove and replace rear brake pads and rotors. Retract rear brake caliper pistons, clean and lubricate all guides, and adjust when required.
    • Changed engine oil & replaced oil filter. Replaced with up to 6.2 qts synthetic oil, lubricate chassis where required, and check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Remove and replace LR brake caliper and bleed rear brake system.

    • BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – F150
    • Perform pinpoint voltage and ground checks for blower motor circuit and diagnosed faulty blower motor and A/C control module assembly. Also checked for no A/C compressor operation. Diagnosed faulty A/C relay and replaced.
    • WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – F150,4WD Front,One Side – [Serviced as an Assembly.]
    • Test drive vehicle to verify customer complaint. Connect computer scanner and retrieve all fault codes. Retrieved Fault code # PO . Perform LF wheel speed sensor check while driving vehicle and diagnosed no signal from sensor indicating faulty LF wheel hub assembly. Recommend replacement of LF wheel hub assembly.
    • Install A/C control module
    • Perform visual inspection of all belts and lines. Evacuate A/C system and recharge with new R-134 refrigerant. Test system performance after service.

    • Remove and replace air filter and wiper blades N/C !!!!!!
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect brake calipers and master cylinder. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder and all brake calipers with new brake fluid until clean.

    • Check front suspension and steering components. Compensate wheel sensors, set caster, camber, and toe-in to manufactures specifications with all factory adjustment areas.
    • Computer spin balance (2) tires
    • Remove, dis-mount, and mount new tires (included)
    • Replace front brake pad linings and front disc brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers, slide mechanisms, and check brake fluid level. Road test vehicle.
