    • Remove and replace rear brake pads and rotors. Retract rear brake caliper pistons, clean and lubricate all guides, and adjust when required.

    • Changed engine oil & replaced oil filter. Replaced with up to 5 qts synthetic oil, lubricate chassis where required, and check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Rotate tires from front to rear
    • Perform maintenance checks on vehicle, clear message, and quote recommended services to customer. N/C !!!!!!
    • Remove and replace cabin air filter, and clean all debris from ducts area.
    • Replace front brake pad linings and front disc brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers, slide mechanisms, and check brake fluid level. Road test vehicle.
    • Drain automatic transmission fluid, and re-fill with new transmission fluid. Inspect for leak, and road test vehicle.

    • Remove and replace battery sensor, horn assembly, and charge battery
    • Inspect battery terminals, cables, and accessory belts. Load test battery, starter motor, and alternator output and record readings. Battery static voltage is 12.5 volts, and load test at 104%. Alternator output is 125 amps with no ripple voltage. Starter draw is normal. Perform lab scope testing for alternator which stated possible issues. Check for fuses for all components and found horn fuse blown at this time. Check for battery parasitic draw and those readings fell within specifications. Retrieved fault code #P16E3 for battery sensor communication error, and found no issues at this time. Cleared fault code and messages from computer memory. If issue occurs again, further testing will be needed.
